Once a package is shipped, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address details

If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first, as they may provide additional information.

For packages that arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
